Luxe successfully completed the elevator installation project for the Point Apartments in the Springs, enhancing vertical transportation within the building. The project involved installing two 1350kg capacity elevators serving the 21-storey structure at a speed of 2.00m/sec. Additionally, a third 1250kg capacity elevator was installed for the 3-storey portion. The project greatly improved accessibility and convenience for residents and visitors. These high-quality elevators catered to the building’s varying heights and enhanced the overall living experience. The successful completion was a testament to effective planning and execution, adding significant value and ensuring satisfaction and convenience for all.
