The Altum Apartments Elevator Installation Project aimed to enhance residents’ quality of life by installing four new elevators with a 1,275-kilogram capacity, serving nine stops at 1.75 meters per second. These elevators ensured easy transportation of heavy items, connected all floors, and significantly improved accessibility for elderly and differently abled individuals. With a travel speed of 1.75 meters per second, they reduced wait times and enhanced efficiency. Incorporating the latest technology for safety, reliability, and energy efficiency, the project aligned with the building’s sustainability commitment. Completed on time with minimal disruption, it enhanced living conditions and resident satisfaction.
